What payment options do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and cash payments. Full payment is due upon the completion of your project.

When can I expect my project to begin and to be completed?

Once you have signed your contract agreement, our estimator will provide a timeframe of when your project may begin. It's important to note that external factors, including mother nature, or city permit requirements, requires us to maintain flexible scheduling. In an effort to be environmentally aware, we aim to schedule and complete projects near one another to save on gas, time, and labor costs.

Projects also depend on prep work. Normally a basic driveway will require one day of prep to dig out your existing driveway to establish what kind of base we'll be working with. If your driveway base is clay for example, this is a softer material that might have to be subcut and may add additional time to our project.

Once prep is completed for a basic driveway, our normal timeframe to complete a job is several hours/1-buisness day. Additional add-ons such as driveway extensions, carports, or other requests will cause this project timeline to be adjusted.

Customers with larger or more custom projects, can expect that your project may take longer to prep and complete.

When happens if there is inclement weather? Are you able to still complete my project?

Yes, but we will need to wait until the weather clears especially in times of heavy rain or thunderstorms. If your project is delayed, know that we will do our best to adjust our schedules to allow for us to complete this in a timely manner.

How long will my driveway last?

A major benefit of using asphalt for your driveway is that you can expect your driveway to last several years if not several decades.

My kid parked their bike on the driveway and there's an indent from their kickstand. Are you able to come out and fix that?

We certainly would be happy to, however if you want a quick fix, you could also easily try to blend it out using a heat source, such as a blow torch or lighter, which will heat the asphalt to make it pliable again. If you'd rather us come check it out though, don't be afraid to get in touch with our team!

My driveway has standing water, what do I do?

If your driveway has less than a thickness of a quarter's worth of standing water, this can be fairly normal to see with a new driveway as the oil in the asphalt can hold a small amount water. Over time as the asphalt oxidizes, the small amount of surface water will dissipate. If the standing water is considerably deeper, please get in touch with our team so we can come take a look to see what we can do to help.

Will add a seal coat make my driveway last longer?

Seal coating your driveway may help protect the longevity of your driveway but at the cost of maintaining the treatment. However, if you are seeking a cosmetic enhancement for your driveway, seal coating is a quick and easy way to achieve a fresh look.

How long should one wait before seal coating their driveway?

We suggest waiting a minimum of three years before opting for seal coating. Keep in mind that the treatment may need to be reapplied biannually, or even more frequently, based on your desired look of the seal coat, as it naturally fades over time due to exposure to the elements.

What is your warranty policy?

You will receive a copy of our full warranty policy with your free estimate, and at again at the time of signing the contract agreement for your proposed project.

How can I leave a review or share feedback with your team?

We encourage all customers to share a review on Google, Angie's List, Yelp, or Facebook. New customers can expect to receive a post-work survey to share real-time feedback and enable us to assess our performance.

Can I get a free quote even if I'm talking to other companies?

We highly recommend that all customers request quotes from other companies. Transparency is crucial to us, as we strive to enhance our brand by encouraging you to compare multiple quotes for a fair agreement. Your comfort with our team is essential to us, and we aspire to be the perfect match for your needs!
